The room was decently clean and well-maintained. The location was central, making it convenient for exploring the city. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and attractions.
The hotel lacked basic amenities and services. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests and were not attentive to their needs.

I loved that I could rent bicycles and explore the area, while enjoying a drink at the bar. The staff spoke English, but thank goodness they didn't force me to learn Italian!
Oh, how I adored having to drag my heavy luggage up the elevator-less building! So invigorating!

My stay at Royal Dante was quite enjoyable. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-designed. The WiFi was reliable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated that they allowed me to leave my bag after checkout for a few hours. I had a great experience at Royal Dante and would recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Naples for a few days and had a great experience. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when my friend had to stay alone due to a missed flight. The breakfast pastries were delicious and the location was perfect - centrally located near the main streets and metro, yet surprisingly quiet. The room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked well. it was a great place to stay and I would definitely visit again.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I really enjoyed the elegant and tasteful decoration of the common areas in the hotel. The classic furnishings and beautiful artwork created a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with well-maintained elevators and wide corridors that made it easy for me to navigate around.
If I could suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more staff available to assist with luggage and provide assistance throughout the stay. While the children working there were helpful, having more staff would ensure a smoother and more comfortable experience for senior guests.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Dante metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The spacious and clean junior suite provided ample space for our large family, with a big bathroom that accommodated all our needs. The staff, although not fluent in English, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
My children wanted to have more options for breakfast. While the Italian-style breakfast of one croissant, a drink, and a yogurt per person was sufficient, it would have been nice to have a wider variety, especially for longer stays.

During our stay at the Royal Dante, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and the city center. Despite a few small inconveniences, such as a broken elevator and a slight delay in breakfast, we had a positive experience overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and central location.
